Founders
Mark and Koren Crosby founded Printelligent in 1988 as a print services company. During early growth years, Mr. and Mrs. Crosby directed the company as it emerged as a printer service provider offering exceptional and reliable service. Some 22+ years later, Printelligent offers a robust and industry-leading Managed Print Solution as a result of the Crosby's strong customer service ethic. As Founders of Printelligent, the Crosby's provide strategic leadership, business development insight, and direction for proprietary technology advancements. Mr. and Mrs. Crosby have expanded Printelligent's presence within the industry through the development of strategic partnerships, and provide ongoing guidance for the continued growth of the company.
Chief Executive Officer
Rob Wellman became CEO of Printelligent in early 2008. With Printelligent's renewed focus on growth, Mr. Wellman's previous 20+ years of experience with technology companies has been a tremendous asset. He has realigned Printelligent's internal structure to embrace the change that comes with exponential growth. Mr. Wellman is leading Printelligent forward as the Managed Document Solutions provider with the most complete service offering in the industry, accompanied by the highest benchmarks in service. Mr. Wellman brings strength and leadership to Printelligent with previous experience at Novell, Legato (EMC) and Altiris (Symantec). Mr. Wellman successfully completed the acquisition of Digital Document Solutions in 2009, and is leading Printelligent's aggressive growth strategy well into the future.
Chief Financial/Operations Officer
Judson Smedley has been managing the financial and operational architecture of Printelligent since 1993. A few years following his first introduction to Printelligent, Mr. Smedley became a key executive of the company. With a personal background in finance and operations, Mr. Smedley manages the accounting functions at Printelligent and financial commitments in regard to strategic growth and performance metrics. He has had significant impact on the development of Printelligent’s tailored technology solutions lending structure to the company's internal and client-facing services. Mr. Smedley oversees Printelligent's financial reporting and commitments, reviewing operational efficiencies and keeping Printelligent's growth challenges well managed.
Executive Vice President – Sales & Marketing
Kelly Larsen joined Printelligent in 2008, with invaluable experience in leveraging partnerships and aligning sales resources to gain corporate goals and sales results. Mr. Larsen has focused his energies on refining the structure of Printelligent's sales force, expanding geographic territories, and keeping the sales team well trained and customer focused. Printelligent is achieving its growth goals through strengthened strategic partnerships, new business acquisition and expanded customer relationships under Mr. Larsen's sales leadership which spans 20+ years of experience with high technology companies such as Altiris (Symantec), Novell, WordPerfect and Clyde Digital. Mr. Larsen also leads the company's marketing efforts resulting in a clear first-place market position for Printelligent in the Managed Document Services industry, with both a national and regionally based presence.
Executive Vice President – Corporate Strategy
Gregg Bengtzen has been with Printelligent since 1993, and has served in varying capacities including Director of Sales & Marketing. Mr. Bengtzen's longevity at Printelligent, in the Managed Print industry, and his personal proclivity to strategic planning, perfectly suits him in his unique strategic role guiding Printelligent's continuously expanding product and service offering, while matching the company's geographic growth. Mr. Bengtzen and his team of analysts review each client’s needs and match Printelligent product and service offerings, with a focus on reducing general office printing costs while removing the burden of printer management. Under his guidance, Printelligent is able to offer tailored solutions for clients, from small to large, making an operational impact that results in significant cost savings for our clients.
